We can provide a demo CD if required, but many of the tracks on the CD are available on our Reverbnation page (www.reverbnation.com/glashin), as are live video clips. If Glashin are not suitable, we may be able to suggest one of the other bands that we regularly play with.
As Glashin, we could play for folk festivals and clubs, cafes and restaurants, wedding ceremonies and receptions. We do play pub gigs but our material is not really suited to a rowdy public bar at the weekend.
We can provide our own sound system which is sufficient for outdoor or indoor events of several hundred people. For quieter events, we are able to provide more subtle amplification, or alternatively, we have much experience of playing without a sound system at all. Our electrical equipment is regularly inspected and we carry the paperwork to demonstrate regular PAT inspections by a qualified electrician. As members of the Musicians Union, we each have cover from the public liability insurance that the Musicians Union provides for its members.
We have A4 posters available to help you publicise our booking. Please ask if you want copies of photographs to assist with publicity.
